How Our Integrated Program Works

Complete Reconstruction Through Partnership

Dreams Rebuild Volunteers Association is part of a unique three-organization partnership that provides comprehensive reconstruction support from design to completion:

Step 1: Professional Design (DRVA)

Our volunteer architects and engineers create custom, professional architectural designs tailored to each family's specific needs. All design services are provided completely free by licensed professionals who donate their expertise to Ukraine's reconstruction.

Step 2: Financial Support (Dreams Realized Charity)

Families in our program receive $5,000 USD or equivalent value in home essentials including appliances, textiles, and kitchen equipment. Military families and families of fallen heroes receive additional premium furniture packages.

Step 3: Quality Construction (Sunwell Group)

Sunwell Group provides high-quality building materials and professional construction crews to bring the designs to life. Projects are completed within 90-120 days using quality materials and experienced construction teams.

Step 4: Ongoing Support

Our volunteer architects provide construction oversight, design clarifications, and quality inspections to ensure designs are properly executed. Families can also participate in tourism homestay programs to generate additional income.

Why an Integrated Approach?
By working with all three organizations together, we ensure quality control throughout the entire reconstruction process. Professional design, adequate financial support, and quality construction combine to give families homes they can be proud of—built to EU standards and designed for the future.
